Shipping and returns
Shipping
Carson packs every order by hand and mails it within a few days. Cards are mailed flat in a stiff envelope by Canada Post Lettermail, which is untracked. Lettermail usually takes 3 to 7 business days in Canada and 7 to 14 business days to the United States.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Orders of 25 cards or more are priced by quote, including shipping.
Local pickup and drop-off
Pickup or drop-off is free in Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton. We'll email you within a day of your order to arrange a time.
Returns
If your cards arrive damaged or don't arrive, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace them or refund you. Because cards are low-cost and mailed by Lettermail, we don't otherwise accept returns. Custom business orders are final once approved for printing.
